The Preschool has been established since 1971 and welcomes
children ages 3,4, and 5 in a loving, nurturing environment. The Preschool uses a curriculum that is rich in literacy
and phonemic awareness. Although we are strong in literacy skills, we also encourage children to use their imagination
and to make the most of their creative sense through art. We currently have three teachers at the Preschool and we teach in a family-oriented setting where all
age groups interact together for the majority of our day. The children attend Chapel each day and they always look forward
to Family Chapel Day (Wednesdays) when Father Bob attends and all parents are invited.
Children must be 3 on or before September 1st and fully potty trained
to begin school with us. Our Preschool program is Monday - Friday 8:45 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. We also offer
extended care until 3:30 p.m., and we follow the same calendar as the Lake County Public Schools.
We
